1966 Breitling Navitimer 806 Twin Jets Venus 178

The Breitling Navitimer is undoubtedly one of the absolute classics in the world of luxury watches, an instantly recognisable watch which is relatively unchanged in design since it’s birth in the 1950’s.

The Breitling Navitimer is one of the most well-known pilots watches, originally designed to help pilots navigate the globe, with functions including the chronograph function, slide rule bezel for quick and complex calculations and not to mention its large 41mm case size.

This particular one is in excellent condition and comes on a charming handmade vegetable tanned brown leather strap and with an immaculate bakelite Breitling box, this is a beautiful iconic watch that no watch collection should be without.

Dial colour: ‘Reverse panda’ black dial with silver sub-dials, applied hour markers and Arabic numeral at 12 o clock. Dial features the iconic ‘twin jets’ logo and is signed ‘Breitling, Geneve. Navitimer’. The dial is in original condition, it has a beautiful patina and has not been restored.
