12 Month guarantee

Every watch we sell is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months which comes into effect on the date of purchase. 

The guarantee covers mechanical and manufacturing defects which may exist at the time of purchase and during the guarantee period you have the right to have any error repaired by us free of charge.  In the unlikely event that you have a fault or problem with your watch, please contact us by telephone or email:

The guarantee does not include accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear and ageing, and is invalidated by unauthorised repair, alteration or entry into the watch by a third party not connected to Walton Watches.
